10 More Horror Movie Villains Who Encountered Something Worse

There can be debate about who the "real" villain is in Let the Right One In, but for protagonist Oskar (Kåre Hedebrant), it's most certainly the group of bullies who relentlessly terrorise him at school.

In the film's climax, they reveal the full extent of their casual cruelty when one of the leaders, Jimmy (Rasmus Luthander), forces Oskar to hold his head underwater at knifepoint for three minutes in the local swimming pool, threatening to cut his eye out if he resurfaces early.

As Oskar is held underwater, though, his vampiric pal Eli (Lina Leandersson) arrives on the scene and promptly dispatches the kids, brutally dismembering and killing all but the single most reluctant of the bullies, who is evidently traumatised by the incident (who wouldn't be?).

Now to be fair to the bullies here, they couldn't possibly expect that the kid they were tormenting would be best buds with a centuries-old vampire, but all the same, their behaviour throughout the film is callously violent enough that it's tough to feel much sympathy for them at all.

As the saying goes, "f**k around and find out."
