4. Frankie Cheeks - Final Destination 3
Although Final Destination is filled with jerks, jocks, and jackasses, Frankie Cheeks might be the most irredeemable of the bunch. The first thing he does when he appears in Final Destination 3 is harass his high-school acquaintances, Ashley and Ashlyn. When they board a rollercoaster, he deliberately sits behind them so he can record them on his camera.
What makes Frankie's actions ten times more disturbing is the fact that he's not a student. Despite being a high school graduate, he hangs around a school to leer at teenage girls. So, he's not just a pervert, but a sexual predator.
As such, when Frankie cheats death, viewers should be overjoyed, since it's obvious that the Grim Reaper will come for the insufferable deviant.
Sure enough, fate catches up with Frankie while he's stuck at a car wash. As he tries to escape, a truck crashes into his vehicle from behind, causing its engine to hurl into the air and cave his skull in.
