1. Scrappy-Doo (Scooby-Doo)
Honestly, I don't even need to explain this. Scrappy-Doo is on a par with Jar Jar Binks. And to make matters worse, he was a villain in the movie who grew in to a sort of giant dog-demon thing. And look at that face. Puppy or not, couldn't you just punch it? Like really forcefully uppercut him right in his annoying little chin? Maybe that's just me, but Scrappy-Doo is definitely the most annoying character on this list.
