10 More Upcoming Movies That Are In Big Trouble

Sticking with Taika Waititi's never-ending list of incoming projects he's currently attached to, arguably the most high-profile of the lot comes in the form of a new Star Wars film that is supposed to be touching down in cinemas at some point in the near future.

Judging from Lucasfilm and Disney's reluctance to unleash a big-screen Star Wars adventure for nearly three years in the wake of the wholly disappointing conclusion to the Sequel Trilogy, however, it's clear the folks calling the shots above the Ragnarok and Love and Thunder director won't be in too much of a rush to double down on just any old project for their first cinematic outing in some time.

And the fact Waititi himself has even openly admitted recently that he's not entirely sure if his ideas for the incoming project will ensure the film actually gets made - stating that "once I submit it, that might determine when it gets made or if it gets made, even," - also feels like another troublesome sign for those wanting to finally see Star Wars return to theatres.

Will Taika's Star Wars concept find itself joining the recently pulled Rogue Squadron on the scrapheap before long? The Force doesn't seem too strong with this one.
