Have you ever heard the story of Darth Plagueis the Wise? Darth Venamis probably knows it. He had the unfortunate pleasure of knowing the Sith Lord who trained Palpatine. In fact, they were rivals. And, Venamis found himself on the losing end of that rivalry and victim of a disturbing fate.

Venamis was the secret apprentice of Darth Plagueis' master. That same master ordered him to hunt down and kill Plagueis. And so Venamis confronted Plagueis. Unfortunately, for Venamis, Plagueis bested him in a duel. Not content to murder Venamis, Plagueis forced the Sith Lord into a coma.

Over the next several years Plagueis experimented on Venamis’ body in a quest to discover dark secrets of the force. When Venamis’ body was no longer useful, Plagueis allowed him to die. But, he was not done with Venamis yet. Plagueis resurrected Venamis over and over, killing him each time he did. Plagueis continued this sadistic cycle until Venamis’ organs completely broke down.

So, you know, gross.
