10 Most Embarrassing Fake Accents In Movie History

9. Nicolas Cage - Vampire's Kiss

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfcJUl39iiA It's been 25 years since Vampire's Kiss hit theatres, and humanity is still trying to work out exactly what accent Nicolas Cage is attempting to do within the movie, one which is centered on a man who gets bitten by a vampire and goes slowly insane as a result. In true Cage form, there's tons of manic insanity to enjoy in this little-seen flick, but Cage's accent is a genuine curiosity of epic proportions. He drifts in and out of a semi-British, somewhat transatlantic, sometimes Caribbean, vaguely European drawl. Sometimes he shouts, sometimes he, uh... screams, but mostly the accent is never anything but bizarre. Anyway, if you want to watch the greatest "Nicolas Cage going insane" movie ever made, then this is absolutely the one for you. The accent makes it... better?
