10 Most Epic Uses Of F*ck In Movie History

6. Inanimate Object (In Bruges)

The Scene: In Bruges was tragically overlooked during its theatrical run, but has since gained a well-deserved following in the years following its 2008 release.

Ralph Fiennes is on fine form as crime boss Harry Waters, and after a phone call with hitman Ken Daley (Brendan Gleeson) he devolves into a fit of rage.

As he takes his landline phone and starts smashing it to pieces, his wife wanders into the room, reminding him that the phone's just an "inanimate f*cking object". Harry, completely caught up in the moment, furiously retorts "you're an inanimate f*cking object!"

He'll probably be sleeping on the sofa for a while, but it was definitely worth it.

Humour Rating: This might just be the comeback of the century, and Fiennes gives it his all. It's not very creative, but it's damn funny, and once you've heard it, you'll be using it on random objects throughout your house. 6.5/10

He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
