3. Keanu Reeves - Jonathan Harker (Dracula)

Somebody else might've opted to include
Constantine on a list of miscast actors, but when it comes to Keanu Reeves, you've got one hell of a selection, so let's go down this road, shall we? Francis Ford Coppola's occassionally enjoyable adaptation of Bram Stoker's gothic classic "Dracula" has one great thing about it, and that's Gary Oldman, who plays the titular Count. But why would Coppola, who knows a thing or two about casting actors, opt to put poor Keanu Reeves, a man renowed for his plank-like acting skills, against a genius like Gary Oldman? "Some bizarre experiment," you might say. I hope you're right. Keanu visibly struggles to get through this movie with his dignity in tact. He's horrible in the role, and Coppola should have never done such a thing to him. Why on Earth did the famous director behind the camer for this one let Reeves try on an English accent? It's got to be - and this is no exaggeration - the worst accent in the history of motion pictures. Check this movie out and hear the way he says Bloody wolves, chasing me through some blue inferno! Or don't, on second thought - it's not even worth it for the laugh factor. Anyway, Reeves is tragic and horribly miscast in this movie, is what I'm getting at.
