4. Daleks (Dr. Who and the Daleks)
Okay, a few disclaimers on this one as well. 1) Yes, the Daleks are from the Doctor Who TV series, but there were two Hollywood films featuring them. 1965's Dr. Who and the Daleks, followed one year later by Daleks - Invasion Earth: 2150 A.D. 2) No, Daleks aren't 100% robot. They have living organisms inside them, but just get over it already! Anyway, the two films are loosely (
very loosely) based on two serials from the TV series, The Daleks and later The Dalek Invasion of Earth, respectively. While the first film was a success at got decent reviews, the second tanked. Thus endeth Hollywood's Doctor Who adaptions. At least, for now.
