10 Most Jaw-Dropping Shots In MCU History

5. Avengers: Age Of Ultron - Splash Page Onscreen

In the grand scheme of things, Avengers: Age Of Ultron is one of the least engaging films in the entire MCU.

Though it does contain a few decent scenes and gives us a ton of exposition regarding the Infinity Stones, the amount of one liners and underwritten villain motivation doesn't make it stand out among the rest of the bunch. However, the first group shot of the Avengers made you believe that you were going to watch a movie even better than the original Avengers.

For the most part, nothing too amazing is going in the opening scene, with the camera basically panning to every single Avenger taking out random henchmen left and right. It might be fun to see Thor annihilate foes with his hammer and Hulk smash everything in sight, but there isn't that much substance there. However, once they come together for a group shot, it's one of the most faithful things a comic book fan could ask for.

Granted, it's not anything too spectacular seeing all your favorite superheroes onscreen together, but this subtle action shot is pretty much ripped straight out of a comic book panel. Age of Ultron definitely could have benefited from a bit of editing, but for all other superhero films going forward, this is how you get your audience hyped for what's about to unfold.
