8. It Will Be Marvel's Funniest Movie Yet
Many fans were critical of the first trailer for Ant-Man. Despite the fact that Edgar Wright was no longer at the helm, the majority appeared to be expecting his trademark humour to still be very much present, but Marvel instead decided to focus more on the story than big laughs. Despite the quite muted preview, it has been reported by multiple sources that this Ant-Man will still be one of Marvel's funniest movies to date with a big comedic tone. Seeing as Paul Rudd and Adam McKay have since rewritten the movie, that probably shouldn't come as too much of a surprise, and this rumour was confirmed (in a way) by star Bobby Cannavale. He claims that it will be equivalent to Guardians Of The Galaxy in terms of the humour, and that sounds just about right. After all, a full on comedy might be a bit much. Either way, it's clear fans shouldn't be worried about Ant-Man not being funny.
