While the Fantastic Four have been seen wearing costumes of a sort in images like the one above, those are actually containment suits presented to them by the government after the accident which gives them their incredible abilities. However, there are conflicting reports about whether or not the team will end up looking like superheroes in the movie. Miles Teller hinted in a recent interview that fans would see the Fantastic Four they know and love from the comics by the time the credits roll, but various sites have claimed otherwise. So grounded is this take on the Fantastic Four that they won't be donning the blue spandex or "4" logos which make them stand out as a team in the Marvel Universe. Other reports have stated that they will be wearing at least a version of that look by the end of the movie though, leaving fans confused as to whether or not there will be any suiting up. Even if they do, almost all signs point to them not becoming a superhero team until the sequel, and who knows if that will even get made...
