10 Most Outlandish Fantastic Four Rumours

8. Director Josh Trank's Erratic Behaviour

Despite the fact that the director has denied their claims via social media, The Hollywood Reporter recently ran a report stating that Josh Trank's "unusual conduct" on the set of Fantastic Four has been causing studio bosses concern. There were never any similar claims made when he was shooting Chronicle, but could this movie have been too much for him? Apparently so, as they went on to claim that insiders had informed them about his "erratic" and "very isolated" behaviour during shooting, and that Trank was failing to provide clear direction. A Fox spokesman even acknowledged the trade's report by issuing a statement saying they were happy with the film despite there being "some bumps in the road." One such bump included as much as $100,000 of damage done to a rented property in New Orleans that the studio had put Trank in. Most of that was said to have been caused by "several small dogs," which sounds somewhat ridiculous, but the reliability of the outlet points to there definitely having been some strange occurrences during shooting.
