Maxwell Dillon - played by Jamie Foxx - was a reclusive and harmless employee of Oscorp in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 who nobody ever seemed to acknowledge. That all changed when he was inadvertently turned into a super-powered villain, after electrocuting himself and falling into a vat of genetically altered eels when he was attempting to fix an electrical problem in one of Oscorp's genetics laboratories. He became a being of electricity. He could channel and manipulate electric currents, he could generate electricity and fire it as a concussive blast, he could sense electricity, he could feed off electricity, he could break himself into electrons and re-build himself at will - this enabled him to travel through any material that conducted electricity - and he could levitate both himself and any metal object through creating and riding electromagnetic fields. His power was such that he could effect the electrical supply of a city as big as New York. His strength and durability were both somewhat enhanced as well.
