6. Eaten By A Child - Pet Sematary
Pet Sematary is a bizarre novel and an even weirder movie.
The plot is indeed messed-up, as it features a small town cemetery for animals, which holds the mystical ability to bring its residents back to life. The protagonist of the movie, takes his dead baby Gage to the cemetery in a moment of madness, and buries him.
Gage does indeed return from the dead but he's far from his old, bubbly self. The baby makes his way to his neighbour, slices his Achilles tendon with a scalpel. He then proceeds to taunt the old man before slicing his cheeks with the scalpel, abandoning the metal, and taking a bite out of his neck. The old man is dead and the audience is horrified.
Witnessing an infant kill someone so malevolently is both ridiculous and eerie, which seems about right for a Stephen King story. Even if it's a crazy, zombie baby, being killed by one is still a little embarassing and ridiculous.
