Derek Zoolanders decision to quit modeling comes in the first act of this comedy, when his place as Americas top male fashion model is usurped by his nemesis Hansel, and hes ridiculed in a high profile article on the industry in Time Magazine. Seeking some form of validation for his life, the dim but likeable Zoolander and his roommates, three even dumber models named Rufus, Brint and Meekus, decide to go for orange mocha frappuccinos to cheer themselves up with tragic consequences. While filling up the jeep at a gas station, the boys engage in some light, brainless horseplay, starting a water fight. As Zoolander pauses for reflection, the other three begin to spray gasoline at each other, cavorting through the spray in slow motion all fun and games until Brint, possessed of even less brain than the others, tries to light a cigarette and sends them all to that great catwalk in the sky. This is probably the most famous scene in the film, and the one that set the tone for the rest of the movie, not to mention Derek and Hansels unbelievable stupidity.
