10 Most Ridiculous Weapons Used In Action Movies

8. The ZF-1 - The Fifth Element

But sometimes a weapon is ridiculous not because it's stupid, but because it's such overkill that it's a wonder that anyone armed with it doesn't immediately conquer the world.

The ZF-1 is the textbook definition of this brand of ridiculous.

The ZF-1 is the concept of overkill made into a physical shape. A weapon that is undetectable by metal detectors, can break down into four parts for easy transport, and can just. Utterly. SAVAGE everyone in a room. With a 3000 round magazine, a "replay" feature that sends all bullets to a specific location, a flamethrower, rocket launcher, a trick arrow launcher, and pretty much every other means of murdering someone hidden away somewhere in there, if there is a way to mess up a room full of people, the ZF-1 has a button for it somewhere on its person.

Why you would need a weapon like this is beyond my understanding, but I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't do everything in my power to get my hands on it if it existed. Just to say that I have a gun with the ability to reduce a city block to a distant memory by accidentally dropping it on the floor.
