6. Tom Six

The Dutch Director of Human Centipede fame, Tom Six came up with an outrageous and repugnant idea of creating a literal human centipede in which people are attached rear end to mouth and create a united digestive system. The first film was not particularly interesting except for the novelty factor of watching people sewn ass to mouth and then falling into a swimming pool. The second instalment of Human Centipede is a much more entertaining, tasteless and censor baiting film (there were over 20 cuts made by the BBFC before they even considered releasing it.) The tale of Martin Lomax , a short, obese, asthmatic security guard who lives with his suicidal mother and is obsessed with the original centipede, he sets out to capture people to make an even bigger centipede than the original. When he assembles his centipede, he injects all of the human components with laxatives and gleefully rubs his hands at the result. It's a hard act to follow, and it will be interesting to see what Tom Six can do to shock and appall us in the next excursion of the franchise which he is working on now.
