Okay, we've already featured one scene from Hunchback, but this movie has some serious trauma to answer for. Thematically, it is one hot mess. One moment you're laughing at the crude fart jokes of Jason Alexander's gargoyle character, the next you're being presented with themes of sexual lust and damnation. It's a lot to take in.

Frollo may be the most sinister villain Disney has ever created. He's a sexually frustrated religious nut, who's hobbies include committing genocide and tormenting a disabled guy. Frollo's whole "Hellfire' song is particularly troubling. It's five minutes of a guy being tortured by his fear of damnation after lusting over a young women, who he eventually promises to burn. Even when this guy gets his just desserts, his death is so horrific, it burns into your retinas.

But before we get to all that, the introduction nails you to your seat with a barrage of horrifying imagery. We see Frollo billowing after a frightened women through the streets of Pairs, like one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, all the while frantic choir music bombards your senses. He catches up with her and brutally kills her. Then he proceeds to drop a baby down a well...

What the f**k Disney?
