10 Movie Heroes You Didn't Realise Probably Died Horrible Deaths

Wall-E isn't just a telling story about the inevitable result of humanity's callous destruction of our own planet but is also a triumphant call to arms that suggests it's never too late to start saving it and ourselves.

It ends on a happy note as the charming little robot's discovery of new plant life confirms to the Axiom crew and passengers that Earth is now habitable again and they can go home! Hurray! The credits even show them seemingly waking the planet's flora up again.

But Wait...

How is that possible? Well, frankly, it's not. Not only would the ecosystems needed to sustain human life on Earth not be in place - like, did nobody learn anything about the importance of bees from Bee Movie?! - but the humans are in absolutely no fit state to repopulate and look after themselves. In short, they'd all die out pretty quickly.

The animations in the credits were added specifically because test audiences didn't believe they could survive, which says absolutely everything. And no cartoon can argue with the Grim Reaper.
