10 Movie Jobs We All Wish We Could Have

2. Jedi Knight (Star Wars Franchise)

We shouldn't even have to try and convince you that being a Jedi Knight would be one of the best career choices you could ever make, but just in case you're one of those people who think they're too 'cool' for Star Wars, we're going to give it a try anyway. First of all, being a Jedi Knight is always exciting. Whether you're out saving the universe or just hanging out in the trees with some cuddly little Ewok buddies, there's never a dull moment when you live in a galaxy far, far away. With your mastery of the force, day to day chores are also easily manageable. Telekinesis enables you to dust with ease and if even that's too much work for you, just use your Jedi mind tricks to make someone else carry out these menial tasks for you. Undoubtedly though, the highlight of pursuing a career as a Jedi Knight is the ability to wield a lightsaber. It's impossible to imagine a weapon that looks cooler and nothing beats the 'swish' noise it makes when you swing one. Still not convinced? The Sith Lord Darth Maul may have debuted in the disappointing prequel movie The Phantom Menace, but his double bladed lightsaber forever cemented his place in pop culture, revitalizing interest in Star Wars for a whole new generation. The life of a Jedi Knight is not all fun and games though. Following this career path requires you to make a difficult choice, deciding whether to align yourself with the light side or the dark side... wait, who are we kidding? Emulating Sith Lords like Darth Maul and Darth Vader would be infinitely more fun than becoming a bland Luke Skywalker wannabe. There would always be a temptation to give in to the dark side anyway, so you might as well just go with it, develop the ability to shoot lightning from your fingertips and kill some younglings along the way. You'll thank us for it when you're living in your very own Death Star. Just remember to check your newly built space station for weak spots...
