10 Movie Recasts That Totally Trolled Fans

The Wachowskis are back, and if you thought their last entry was something, then strap in tight for this one!

Sense8 is a compelling sci-fi series with some stellar ideas and a unique perspective. While it certainly didn't reach the same heights as The Matrix, it still had a decent run, with two seasons and a feature-length Christmas special. However, that last one saw a big change to the line-up.

During the first season, the loveable and optimistic Capheus Onyango was played by Aml Ameen. But, he was replaced by Toby Onwumere for the feature-length special and subsequent second season. Rather than just try to move on with it, Lana Wachowski and J. Michael Straczynski decided to make a whole damn scene talking about it.

Capheus is reintroduced to the show as he and his friend Jela work on the iconic Van Damm bus. They have a long (and very unsubtle) talk about how faces change, but the soul remains, as Capheus is kept in shadows. Then, Jela spits out the line, "I must say, you're looking a little different these days", and we cut to the reveal of an entirely different actor playing the part!

This one is so on the nose it'll make your head hurt.
