10 Movie Science Experiments That Went Horribly Wrong

9. Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind (2004)

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind It usually takes a few nights of drinking sessions, a few pleading phone calls and a few days of woe-is-me for the average person to get over a break up and move on. But, if you had the chance to have your ex erased from your memory, would you take it? In light of the moment this seems like a rational action to take. That is until you are forced to relive the memories of your ex and you remember how much you loved them, and then they are snatched away from you into thin air. Jim Carrey in one of his greatest serious roles as Joel Barish experienced exactly this. When he discovers that his ex-girlfriend, Kate Winslet, has gone to Lacuna, Inc to have all her memories of him removed, rightfully he€™s pretty upset and decides to embark on the same procedure. This experiment may run smoothly but it doesn€™t leave the best of after thoughts for its clients!
