10 Movie Sequels Fans Still Demand

2. Kill Bill 3

The Kill Bill films are unique in that they mark the only time Quentin Tarantino has ever made a sequel to one of his projects. Admittedly, the films were shot together and then split into two different releases, but it's the closest to a franchise the filmmaker has ever produced, and he's always teased returning for a third and final entry.

Of course, this has since gone the same way as the long-talked-about Vega Brothers film, languishing in development hell while Tarantino makes new movies and promises to retire before he overstays his welcome. Likewise, Uma Thurman detailing how terribly she was treated on the set of the original films and her fractured relationship with Tarantino has all but ensured that it will never go ahead.

As a result, a Kill Bill 3 would probably be overshadowed by all the baggage attached to it, but it could offer everyone involved a chance to make a final film they're proud of and shake that reputation entirely.
