10 Movie Sequels Nobody Asked For

7. Road House 2: Last Call

7 The original Road House starring Patrick Swayze is a hilariously over-the-top piece of camp 80s action that is hard not to love. In that, Patrick Swayze plays a red-hot bouncer who's also kind of a Buddhist. He could tear your heart out, but he doesn't want to, so to speak. The sequel deals with his son (of course it does) played by Johnathon Schaech, who is an undercover DEA agent who gets mixed up in his Uncle's shenanigans and ends up being targeted by the villainous Wild Bill (played by Jake Busey). Again, this is a film that was made off the back of something becoming a cult success, but had none of the elements that made the original so popular (it's hard to make a cult film on purpose). Like previous entries in the list, it takes itself way too seriously, all the actors play it straight, with the exception of Jake Busey. But then again, has he ever played a role straight? The fight scenes are quite well done though, so there's that. Oh, and if you're thinking of watching it for the two blonde bombshells on the cover? They're in it for a total of about 10 seconds.
