There are some who don't realise that Scott Pilgrim Vs The World is even a comic book movie. Or at least a graphic novel movie, anyway.

The film is actually an amalgam of all six volumes of the graphic novel, taking in Pilgrim's battles with all of Ramona Flowers' exes, which were originally spread into one per chapter of the anthology. But that doesn't mean this story needs to be over and there's more than enough of a cult following for the original to warrant another step into this universe.

Michael Cera's Scott is his best character, Edgar Wright's creative approach to the material - and the conscious adoption of comic book styles - was wonderfully charming and a new story further exploring Scott and Ramona's relationship and perhaps bringing in Scott's own evil exes (and the return of Knives Chau and Brie Larsen's Envy Adams at least) would be brilliant.
