10 Movie Sequels You Didn't Realise Were Happening

If there's one thing in this world Ruben Fleischer loves more than Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson, it's that majestic world of wonder known as magic.

Well, that's how the director put it recently when discussing his reasons for saying "yes" to helming the latest piece of no-doubt mind-blowing spectacle to tumble out of the Now You See Me series.

With Fleischer collaborating with the two stars in question during the Zombieland flicks, there's every reason to believe the director will once again be able to produce, erm, magic on the third time of asking.

And with the figure behind Uncharted and Venom also confessing to be something of "a lifelong fan of heist movies", it's clear the director is simply champing at the bit to get going on a follow-up to the series' last financially successful outing, claiming "... when the thieves are magicians — the opportunities are endless."

Though no official casting announcements have been made at this point, Fleischer's name-dropping of Eisenberg and Harrelson seems to suggest they're dusting off their playing cards for the third flick. But it's still not known whether the likes of Dave Franco, Mark Ruffalo, and Morgan Freeman will be returning for Now You See Me 3 at this time, or even when the impending threequel will arrive in theatres.

Yet, as Lionsgate Motion Picture Group President Nathan Kahane would also note, "For everyone we’ve kept in suspense, the wait is almost over.”
