You're gonna have to call the f*cking United Nations and get a f*cking binding resolution to keep Tom Cruise from returning as foul-mouthed film executive Les Grossman.

Tropic Thunder was a smash-hit when it debuted in 2008. Featuring an ensemble cast, the action-comedy received glowing praise from fans and critics alike, and is also credited with helping revitalize Marvel icon Robert Downey Jr's career in the same year Iron Man was released.

One of the most instantly impressionable members of said cast was none other than Tom Cruise as the psychotic, Diet Coke-swilling head-honcho behind the production of the film within a film. Cruise's portrayal of Grossman is absolutely legendary, from his bald cap and his unmatched outbursts of enraged profanity, all the way to his dance to Ludacris' Get Back as the credits roll.

Viewers would have justifiably presumed that Les' iconic dance sequence would be the last they saw of this studio fat cat but Cruise is reportedly looking to return as Grossman in some capacity, be it a cameo appearance, or even a standalone film of his own. It's a bizarre concept, but frankly, so was Cruise in Tropic Thunder in the first place!

A surprising turn of events then, but one that audiences will not mind in the slightest. Don't like it? As Les would so eloquently put it, take a big step back and literally f*ck your own face.
