4. The Joker May Be Coming To Suicide Squad, Played By Jared Leto

As reported all over the internet, just in case you missed it, Jared Leto may be signing on to play The Joker in the upcoming Suicide Squad previously discussed. The Wrap has reported that Leto is taking a major role in the new film, and close anonymous sources have indicated that his role would be Joe Kerr himself, the Clown Prince of Crime. Take this one with a pinch of salt until the deal is signed however, as it was also recently reported that Ryan Gosling may have been playing Joker in the film, only for him to back out due to an unwillingness to have a contract spanning more than one film. Rumour has it that Leto was also in contention for the role that recently went to Benedict Cumberbatch, Marvel's Doctor Strange. It seems that everyone is aiming for a superhero movie these days, which is no surprise seeing as it is usually ten years of solid work and millions in pay.
