9. Liam Neeson Wants To Play Ra's Al Ghul On Arrow

Liam Neeson revealed this week that he would love to reprise the role of Ra's Al Ghul, sparking fanboy hopes that he could appear in Arrow's third season alongside his character's daughter Talia. Speaking to MTV, the Oscar-nominated actor denied that he had been approached to play his villainous Batman Begins role again, but did welcome the opportunity, saying:
No, I haven't , I haven't at all. I would, in a heartbeat, if it came my way, yeah, very much so.
Like he says, no-one's approached him (yet), so chances are they might bring another actor in. In the event that the CW do pick someone else over Liam freakin' Neeson, he's got some words of advice for them:
They have to believe in their philosophy. Ra's al Ghul absolutely believed what he was doing was ultimately saving civilization, and it was quite a good argument he comes up with. Throughout the ages this fraternity, that brought the plague to wipe out a section of mankind because it needed to be regenerated again. Very dangerous, but you have to believe it.
Although Chris Nolan's Bat-verse exists outside of the same continuity as any of Warners' current DC properties it would be great to see Neeson take on the role again and add a little more prestige to the CW show.
