3. Star Trek 3's Story Is Going To Be "Phenomenal"
At least it will according to none other than Karl Urban, who has played Bones McCoy in J.J. Abrams' rebooted franchise on two occassions. Here's what he had to say recently on the matter:
Im going to meet with J.J. in a couple of days and Im looking forward to that. And the important thing is that it is going to be phenomenal. Based on what I hear of the concept, its going to rock and you guys are going to love it.
Though these comments are fairly vague, it looks good for the upcoming third movie in the franchise, given that Urban is a self-declared super-fan of Star Trek, and is unlikely to create hyperbole for absolutely no reason. What could "phenomenal" mean? How epic is Star Trek 3 looking to be? We'll just have to wait and see, of course, though Urban couldn't have given us a more tantalising comment.
