3. Sinister Six
Another Spider-Man project fans would like to see Marvel Studios deliver, Sinister Six feels like a natural place to take the wall-crawler in the MCU, but five appearances in, and there's still not been so much as a single hint that this villainous team will assemble to battle Peter Parker.
Before Sony Pictures reached a deal with Marvel Studios, The Amazing Spider-Man star Andrew Garfield was going to star in a Sinister Six feature, so there's still a script floating around there somewhere. Now, it seems more likely that Sony will eventually release their own version, likely comprising of baddies like Venom, The Vulture, and, er, Morbius.
When the two studios reached a new deal to keep Spidey in the MCU, it was made clear that the hero will swing between the two worlds, so while fans will potentially get to see Sinister Six one day, it won't be a project developed by Kevin Feige and his team. That's kind of heartbreaking, and at this point, it would be pretty random for them to show up in Spider-Man 3 or even 4 without any previous hints.
