4. Glinda The "Good" Witch - The Wizard Of Oz

In The Wizard of Oz, Glinda is the Good Witch of the North and the most powerful witch in Oz. We meet her when Dorothy first arrives in Oz after her house lands on the Wicked Witch of the East. When the Wicked Witch of the West arrives to retrieve the East Witch's slippers, Glinda uses her magic to give them to Dorothy, and she instructs Dorothy to find the Wizard in Emerald City if she wants to go home. Why She's A Psychopath: There are a lot of things wrong with everything that just happened. First, Glinda put the slippers on Dorothy without Dorothy's permission, and she can't even take them off. Worse, this made The Wicked Witch even more ticked off at Dorothy. And instead of helping Dorothy out by telling her how to get home, which Glinda knew all along, she tells Dorothy to go on a perilous journey for her, even though Glinda is the most powerful witch in the world. Basically, Glinda selfishly used Dorothy for her own purposes, and there's even an ongoing theory that she conjured up the twister in the first place.
