10 Movies Missing From Warner Bros.' DCEU Slate (And Why)

1. Justice League: Part 2

As we've mentioned a few times throughout this feature, Justice League was a critical and commercial flop. Fans continue pleading for Warner Bros. to release Zack Snyder's version of the movie, but even if that comes to pass, his planned sequel will never see the light of day unless the Snyder Cut miraculously finds its way into cinemas and grosses $1 billion!

In Justice League: Part 2, the team would have finally come face to face with Darkseid in a world torn apart by the villain (which explains what that "Knightmare" vision was all about in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), and time-travel ultimately would have set things right.

While heroes like Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Shazam all have movies in the current DC slate, the new standalone nature of this shared world means no more team-ups, so even a Justice League reboot isn't something fans should be getting excited about for the foreseeable future.

It's hard to believe, but the Justice League franchise is, for now, as dead as Green Lantern's.
