10 Movies That Would Have Been Ruined If No-One Knew How To Drive Stick

3. Life... Errr... Would Have Found A Way (To Eat Jeff Goldblum)

3 Jurassic ParkThe Movie: Jurassic Park "Must go faster." More explanation needed? All right. This situation could have failed in two major ways. First of all, if Robert Muldoon (or Ellie Sattler for that matter) didn't know how to drive stick, Ian Malcolm may not have been rescued. Even worse, the former certainly wouldn't have been able to must go faster and they all would have must been eaten. But wouldn't Muldoon have to know how to drive anything as a park game warden? Not necessarily. I think if John Hammond's awareness of Dennis Nedry is any indication, InGen's human resources department had some serious issues to evaluate in determining the suitability of its job applicants. Am I the only one who thinks that would make a good sitcom? Thank goodness Muldoon was the true badass that he was and knew to turn down settling for automatic when he got his driver's license€”if he even needed a driver's license, that is. It's too bad he didn't have a clever girl license though.
