Bruce Willis has become very fond of making cameos in recent times since it means he gets paid a lot of money for very little work – see The Expendables, G.I.: Retaliation etc. He contributed an especially brief appearance to the critically lauded Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, where he played an official targeted for assassination.

Since Full Throttle was pitched as Demi Moore’s comeback role, he was probably just doing her a favour. That makes his cameo weirdly meta, however, since his character is killed by Moore’s revenge seeking villain.

He doesn’t add much to the story, but his appearance – and swift execution – was a surprise for audiences back in 2003. Unfortunately, they then had to sit through the rest of the movie.
