6. Infinity War - Aim For The Arm Thor

Limitless Bradley Cooper
Marvel Studios

Thanos, as it turns out, is a pretty dam hard guy to stop from getting his hands on all of the Infinity Stones to wipe out half of all living creatures in the universe.

So if you're unable to stop him from getting all of the stones, in the end, you absolutely want to make sure he doesn't use them by any means necessary, and seeing as he needs a fully functioning hand to snap his fingers to use them...

Whilst Thor was somehow still able to overpower the Mad Titan even with all of the stones in his possession thanks to his magical axe, the God of Thunder should have taken the opportunity to severe Thanos's arm from the rest of his person, rather than going for the kill shot straight away.

But no, blinded by his own thirst for vengeance the son of Odin chucks his axe straight into Thanos's chest, and witnesses a whole lot of people get dusted.

In hindsight, this would have saved Thor a lot of shame, regret, and binging on booze and junk food in the aftermath, and he could have taken his time with finishing Thanos off more slowly afterwards.
