Now this scene may not have depicted a once villainous force redeeming themselves through an act of good, but it sure as hell saw a character once reviled by fans finally give us a reason to sit up in our seats.
After first being introduced to us as the terrifying yet eventually redeemed Darth Vader in the Original Star Wars Trilogy, fans were understandably eager to see just what the young Anakin Skywalker brought to the table during George Lucas' Prequel era. However, throughout much of those three features, 'The Chosen One' seemed to spend more time talking about hating sand and resembling a petulant child than showcasing his eventual evil icon status.
That all changed, though, the moment the newly christened Lord Vader strutted into the Jedi temple and started taking names in Revenge of the Sith.
