10 Movies That Were Fixed After Release
1. Hotel Transylvania 2

Jokes in movies don't always hit the mark, but rarely does the public response result in said joke being jettisoned from the film forever more.
Well, that's what happened with animated sequel Hotel Transylvania 2, which hit cinemas in 2015 with an early gag where the cake monster Cakie (Chris Kattan) quips, "And remember, the scariest monster of all is diabetes."
Shortly after the film's release, the concerned mother of a 6-year-old with Type 1 diabetes wrote an open letter to Sony Pictures, asking them to consider removing the line from the movie, feeling that it would open diabetic children like her own up to bullying at school.
Despite the Internet's tendency to make everything into a Huge Deal, this was surprisingly resolved quickly and quietly without much fuss.
Sony saw the mother's request and agreed to take the joke out of Hotel Transylvania 2's home release, and that was the end of it.
