Once Phase Three's Avengers (who will, of course, include the original members of the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of the team) complete their ultimate victory in defeating the Mad Titan Thanos, it might be a good idea to disband them on a high and introduce a completely new roster. Enter the New Avengers at the start of Phase Four. While that roster might not include the likes of Wolverine and the Thing (not initially, at least), they could easily include the likes of Spider-Man, Luke Cage, Daredevil and Captain Marvel - and they could be added to from thereon in. Robert Downey, Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth and Scarlett Johansson et al will have had their time by the end of 2019, so introducing a roster that, for the first time, doesn't include any of those founding members of the team would be the best way to get Phase Four under way.
