8. Inhumans 2

Although it has recently been rumoured that the 2019 Inhumans movie might not even go ahead (it is said that television's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. may have spoiled the surprise of what they're all about), until we are told otherwise we must assume it is still happening - and with good reason. The Inhumans could become Marvel Studios' X-Men - a means of bringing in plethora of extremely interesting and varied characters - and, until Fox give up ownership of the rights to Marvel's mutant characters, Marvel Studios will surely use Black Bolt, Medusa and their genetically advanced allies. Assuming Phase Three ends with Inhumans movie as planned, Marvel Studios will obviously want to utilise them again in Phase Four - and kicking said phase off by further expanding the Inhumans' mythos in the MCU would be a good way to go about it. They could become big players in the franchise and be every bit as popular as the X-Men that Marvel Studios will hope they emulate. Having introduced them in a standalone movie in Phase Three (in which they are confined in their own little bubble), integrating them with the existing characters of the franchise (the Avengers et al) would be a fantastic way to get Phase Four under way, as countless possibilities would suddenly become realistic.
