There are a lot of famous scenes in Fight Club, which is pretty much a result of there being an endless number of awesome scenes in Fight Club. Combine that little fact with the mind-blowing plot twist, the unforgettable soundtrack, and fantastic performances from absolutely everybody involved, and you're looking at a certified masterpiece - arguably the best movie of the '90s.

One of the most memorable scenes, of course, depicts the nameless narrator (played by Edward Norton) beating himself up in front of his boss so he can blame it on said boss and get him fired - clever.

Now, everybody knows that Fight Club is packed to the brim with countless moments of foreshadowing (that's not new), but here's one you might have missed. As Norton's character pummels himself in the aforementioned scene, he randomly tells the audience: "For some reason I thought of my first fight with Tyler."

This seemingly arbitrary line still makes sense in the context itself, of course, but it makes even more sense when you consider that it is supposed to be a subtle instance of such. After all, Norton's character is punching himself, and it makes perfect sense that beating himself up would conjure up memories of Tyler - they're the same freakin' person.

It's stuff like this - and all the other amazing, blink and you'll miss 'em moments scattered throughout Fight Club - that ensures fans keep coming back to this dense movie.
