10 Movies With INSANE Casts You've Never Heard Of

Despite releasing in an era where ensemble rom-coms regularly did gangbusters numbers at the box office - evidenced by the likes of He's Just Not That Into You and What to Expect When You're Expecting - 2011's 10 Years didn't even gross $1 million worldwide.

10 Years was not only considerably better-reviewed than either of the aforementioned films, but its cast was quite ridiculous in its own right, starring Channing Tatum, Justin Long, Kate Mara, Rosario Dawson, Ari Graynor, Oscar Isaac, Ron Livingston, Anthony Mackie, Max Minghella, Aubrey Plaza, and Chris Pratt.

As for how this all came together? Writer-director Jamie Linden is pals with Channing Tatum, who in an attempt to drum up financing and hype for the film, produced a short film proof-of-concept, which gave Linden enough of a budget to fill his high school reunion comedy with a huge collection of rising stars.

It helps of course that many of these actors were still years away from winning their biggest roles, and so the production could presumably secure their services for a lower sum. Even so, between the insane cast and solid quality of the film itself, it's surprising this one hasn't enjoyed a second life on streaming as of yet.
