10 Movies With Post-Credits Scenes That Change Everything

7. Curse Of Chucky

Curse of Chucky is like the Return of the King of horror: it just keeps ending over and over. First we get the apparent last scene where Chucky is being taken away by a police officer, but suddenly Tiffany appears and kills him. Now in possession of the Chucky doll, she says, €œWho€™s next?€ We cut to black. Then we get another scene of Tiffany shipping Chucky somewhere, and we cut to black again. Then another scene, this time where Chucky catches up with Alice and gets ready to transfer his soul into her body. Now we cut to credits for real. But wait, there€™s one more scene after the credits, and this one is pretty insane. Six months later, we see a package being delivered to some guy we haven't seen before. We soon find out in a crazy reveal that this is actually a grown up Andy Barclay, the kid from the first film. And yes, the character is actually played by Alex Vincent, who was in the original 1988 Child€™s Play. As Andy answers the phone and starts talking to his mother, Chucky begins to cut his way out of the box behind him. It looks like Andy€™s pretty much done for. Are they really going to kill one of the main characters of the series in a credits sequence? But instead, Chucky turns around, Andy points a shotgun in his face, says €œplay with this,€ and shoots. It seems like really the only reason this scene isn€™t in the movie is because Don Mancini didn€™t know where to put it. It€™s a full two minute sequence, it brings back a fan favourite character and helps tie this instalment to the original, and yet it€™s hidden all the way at the end of the credits. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muDPJHx24os
