3. Evil Dead (2013)

If you were annoyed that the Evil Dead remake didn't feature a Bruce Campbell cameo, you probably should have stayed in the theatre a bit longer. This one can barely even be considered a scene, but it was enough to make all the hardcore Evil Dead fans lose their minds. During the credits themselves, we hear audio of Professor Knowby talking about his discovery of the Naturom Demonto. Then, at the very end, we see a barely lit Ash, who turns the camera and says "Groovy." It's not much, but seeing Bruce Campbell back in the role in any form was incredibly exciting. This, in addition to the Knowby audio, caused a lot of fans to speculate that the remake was actually taking place in the same universe as the original films rather than being a total reboot. In fact, director Fede Alvarez has been quoted as saying he sees the movie as kind of more of a sequel than a full on remake. At a time when we were pretty starved for some new Evil Dead content, these two post-credits bits, despite literally just consisting of a taped recording and a single world, made us fans lose our minds.
