10 Movies With Surprisingly High Body Counts

6. Hot Shots! Part Deux

Action comedy Hot Shots! Part Deux was a calamity of a film that somehow worked thanks in large part to the genius of Charlie Sheen.

While you would expect a serious film of this nature like those which it mocked - such as Rambo or Top Gun - to rank highly on the body count scale, you wouldn't quite expect the parody to be quite as high.

Remarkably, Hot Shots! Part Deux manages to compete with the very films it aims to take off, racking up a pretty impressive body count of 160.

Putting that into perspective, it puts it above films such as Rambo III and even Pearl Harbour, a film in itself which was based on tragic real life events of war.

Sheen's 1993 classic is right up there if you love yourself some spoofy sillyness, even if it does surprise you with the amount of death you witness.
