10 Movies You Could Not Get Me To Sit Through More Than Once

5. Rango

Rango 13 It wasn't that Rango was bad or went out to insult my intelligence or anything, but that it was so absent-minded. I could not get a handle on what the filmmakers really wanted to get at here. It was an animated-western about a chameleon whose characterization was more scattered than my feelings for the film. The movie seemed to be really acting on its own, trying to entertain only itself. I am really unsure how it appealed to the target audience, if it ever achieved that. Watching Rango twice would be like sipping a cold cup of coffee. I know what to expect and I'm not going to get anything out of it. The animation is great, voice work is great, and I give the story a bit more than most animated films, but its execution just didn't affect me as a viewer. I'm glad there are those who will sit through Rango again, but I can simply say I will not.
