10 Movies You Didn't Realise Had Post-Credit Scenes
1. Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets
The Harry Potter series is exactly known for being littered with post-credit goodness, however The Chamber of Secrets decides to include a little end credits treat to round off an unresolved storyline.
Towards the end of the movie, the fraudulent Defence Against The Dark Arts teacher/author, Gilderoy Lockhart, decides to erase Harry and Ron's memories in order to kept his scam secret. He steals Ron's broken wand which rebounds the curse back on himself. In the catacombs beneath Hogwarts, his memories are completely gone.
Many fans wondered what eventually happened to Lockhart after they escaped, now that his secret was out and he could not remember a thing. The hidden post credit scene offers up a little resolution for those who are left wondering.
It shows Lockhart's new book available in a book shop, except this time it is titled 'Who Am I?' with a picture of him in a straightjacket. The scene is a little throwaway clip that proves it is still in Lockhart's nature to make shameless profit, and answers the audience's question about what eventually happened to the suave scammer.
