The film centres around two actors as they gear up for the Broadway musical production of Shakespeare’s play, The Taming of the Shrew. It focuses on the turbulent relationship of its two stars, whose bickering could well ruin the production. Kiss Me, Kate manages to cleverly balance both stories, keeping audiences engaged with an array of memorable song and dance numbers.
