Tucker & Dale VS. Evil is a 2010 Canadian comedy horror starring Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine. Like a lot of slasher films it starts with a group of obnoxious college kids going out into the woods to go camping and bone each other. Tucker and Dale are a just pair of well-meaning rednecks who have bought their dream vacation home out in the woods and tragically get mistaken for a pair of murderous hillbillies. The whole film revolves around this one growing misunderstanding that the duo, although just trying to lend a hand, are seen as responsible for the gradually growing body count. Horror movie fans will see nods to plenty of slasher movie cliches and the result is a film which delivers in both the horror and the comedy departments, as well as providing a little sentimentality to boot.
